Apocalypse Moon

One of the finest examples of modern thrash. Complex structures, killer riffs, great songwriting. The music sounds like what Iron Maiden circa Powerslave might have done if they’d been a thrash band. And I normally get turned off by female singers doing the hardcore shouting thing, but her sense of rhythm is spectacular and her clean singing fits the music just fine. Great album.
